Return Eligibility

Products that are opened, used, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refund Process
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
